Rina Fradette - RMT
Rina Fradette graduated from McKay School of Massage & Hydrotherapy in December of 2000. She graduated with Honours and was the class Valedictorian. Following graduation Rina took the exams to become a Registered Massage Therapist with the Massage Therapy Association of Saskatchewan. Since becoming registered, Rina has worked in the Saskatoon area, where she now practices out of her home.

In August of 2003, Rina became a certified TheraStone Massage Therapist. The course included learning to provide massage treatments with hot or cold basalt lava stones, as well an in introduction to myofascial treatments using hot stones.

In June 2005, Rina expanded her skills by completing the MotherWellness PreNatal & PostNatal Massage courses. This course was a further extension of the PreNatal Massage learned originally in massage school. Also in June of 2005 Rina took the Mother Wellness Infant Massage Instructor course.

In November 2018 Rina expanded her skills by completing the Cupping Massage course from the College of Acupuncture and Therapeutics. The course included learning to target the musculoskeletal system and utilizing silicone or plastic cups and a vacuum pistol to create suction on the body surface and negative pressure to the underlying tissues.

In August 2019 Rina expanded her skills by completing the RAPID Neurofascial Reset - Upper Body course. In November 2019 Rina further exanded her knowledge by completing the RAPID Neurofascial Reset - Lower Body course. RAPID NeuroFascial Reset, is a neurologically based,  active, therapeutic technique that addresses the central nervous systems role in alleviating tension and restrictions within the body. RAPID is an evidence based manual therapy technique that can be used to quickly and effectively eliminate pain in their patients.
