Your Appointment Time is Reserved for You

When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you - and only you. We never double book and we try to always be ready for you when you arrive.

Missed Appointments
In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment on time. Please understand that massage therapists are not on salary. Missed appointments are costly for us & prevent us from accomodating other clients. Our policy if you do not show up for your scheduled massage appointment is this:
The first time you will receive a warning and not be required to pay for the time.
The second time you will be required to pay 50% of the cost of the treatment as booked.
The third and any successive times, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
We feel this is a fair policy. However, we recognize that illness & circumstances out of your control sometimes do arise and so your therapist may make an exception to the above policy.

Cancellations
In the event that you cannot make your appointment, please contact us, by phone at least 3 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach our secretary, please leave a message on the voice mail. Appointments cancelled without enough notice are costly for us & prevent us from accomodating other clients. If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, the following policy applies:
The first time you will receive a warning and not be required to pay for the time.
The second time you will be required to pay 50% of the cost of the treatment as booked.
The third and any successive times, you will be required to pay the full cost of treatment.
We feel that this is a fair policy. However, we recognize that illness & circumstances out of your control sometimes do arise & so your therapist may make an exception to the above policy.

Lateness
If you are late for your appointment, the time will be deducted from you allotted treatment and you will be charged the fee according to the treatment booked.  As therapists, we have a schedule to keep. If we accomodate every person that is late our schedule is thrown out of wack. This leads to any clients who are on time, having to wait. They should not be punished because someone else is tardy and as therapists we should not punsihed financially because you are tardy.

In return, if for some odd reason, we happen to be running behind our shedule, and you were there for your appointment on time, we will be sure to treat you for the complete time booked. However, if are unable to stay for the extra time we need to fulfill your time, we wiil only charge you for the time we spent treating you.
