Important Announcements
Sept. 14th, 2011: I have been informed by the Canada Revenue Agency that legally I must charge the GST now. This is effective immediately. Please see the 'Rates & Hours' section of the website for the total cost of treatment including the GST.
Sept. 1st, 2011: I am back to a regular work schedule. Please see the online appointment book for current hours.
June 16th, 2011: We had a baby girl at two seconds after midnight on Thursday June 16th, 2011. We named her Sophya Bryn. She weighed 8lbs 4oz & was 20.5 inches long. We are settling into life together well. After we get sleep on a more regular basis I will be resuming my practice part time, hopefully in July. Please check back regularly for an update.
May 27th, 2011: My practice has officially moved into my home. My address is unit #204 located at 415 Lynd Crescent in the Bordeaux townhouse complex. I am hoping you will continue your patronage at this new location. Once my baby is born I will need a few weeks to recuperate & rest. When I am feeling up to it I will resume working part time during the evening hours when my husband is at home. I am hoping to resume my full time hours as of September. I will keep my website updated with my available hours so please check it regularly. The online booking service will continue as before with the website & email staying the same. My phone number is now 380-3732. Feel free to to call me or text me. As I will no longer have a receptionist you may need to leave a voicemail . I have posted a map & directions on the contact page of this website. If you have any questions please feel free to get in touch. I hope to continue to provide for all of your Massage Therapy needs.

I cater to clients of all ages including children, adults and seniors. Services include a variety of massage techniques that are designed to relieve the pain and stress related to day to day life, while aiding in the rehabilitation of physical injuries. |

I customize each treatment to meet your specific needs by incorporating a variety of assessment and treatment techniques that are best suited to you as an individual. As part of my service, I will provide you with knowledge of self-administered pain management techniques such as stretching and strengthening exercises and the use of heat or cold therapy, which will help you get the most out of each treatment. My practice is dedicated to improving the general well being of all my clients.
